Naturally I never imagined opening my own personal surgery would be inexpensive, but listen to me, the bill I got at the end of it all almost gave me a cardiac arrest. As I sat scowling over the figures at a cafe, a woman sitting close by looked at my medical bag and then at my displeased expression. We began chatting and it was discovered she was one of the nurses who was to be employed in our new hospital.
