Our personal hygiene includes daily bath, applying deodorant, cleaning our body parts like the nose and ears. But if we rush every morning to catch up the early bus ride and avoid being late in school we tend to forget brushing our teeth. Once or twice in forgetting to brush our teeth is just maybe fine. Gum disease starts from a simple gum swelling to a more serious that will lead to damage of the gum tissue and destroys the bone structure that supports the teeth and in most cases losing all of it.
