In addition to that, you should know what fruits are rich in vitamin C. A fruit rich in Vitamin C can help boost your immune system. Of course, increasing your body’s resistance to any type of diseases is vitally important to keep yourself and the baby healthy. As much as possible, you have to eat nutritious foods and refrain yourself from eating sugary foods. Sugary products can only aggravate the gum problem and as pregnant woman, you should always watch you eat particularly your sugar level or count.
You should also make sure that you brush your teeth regularly. This method can eradicate the plaque build-up. Aside from brushing, you must not forget to floss daily as this help make sure that no dirt is stuck in between your teeth.
