Eating balanced diet is a vital factor to prevent risk in having dental or gum disease.  This includes tooth decay/cavities and periodontal disease-an infection of the gums caused by bacteria. In today’s recent diet most of the food products we buy in supermarket lacks nutritional value. Junk foods, processed meat and food flavorings contain heavy chemicals. These kinds of foods usually lack essential nutrients needed for a healthy gums and strong teeth.

But as we age, some of our teeth got easily rotten and there is a need to visit our dentist for filling. In some instances, this might not be true. Good oral hygiene practice is the most important to prevent dental and gum problems in the future. Since dental problems may cause anxiety and costly nowadays.
