Could A Food Intolerance Be The Cause Of Your Pain?

21.04.2012

There's a good chance that when you have gone to your doctor and explained that you were having bowel movement Problems, joint pain, or sleeplessness, that your doctor sent you home with tablets. Most likely, these medications were anti-inflammatory tablets or painkillers and your physician sent you home with a,“you and your tests look fine.“

Pill prescription is a common practice, which isn't a surprise to several of you; however , it does not mean that prescribing tablets is always the BEST move to make to fix the reason behind your problem. Believe me, if you're suffering discomfort then there’s anything wrong!
Many doctors prescribe pills to help you find TRANSIENT relief to MASK the issue not Long term relief which actually FIXES the problem!!

That's the point at which some patients look for other, other answers to lose discomfort. If you've been on my websitebefore, you know that I myself preferalternative options (why drain your wallet on tablets and surgeries that simply do not work?) but have you thought about food prejudice testing?

The concept of food intolerance’s causing pain in patients is quickly gaining traction throughout the short-tempered bowel expert community. Believe it or not, „In 2004, the British book Tum published a controlled trial on irritated bowel syndrome that showed the average subject has six to seven food intolerances. It discovered that 75 p.c of sufferers can be helped by precisely junking problem foods.“

SEVENTY-FIVE Percent OF SUFFERS!!!

Maybe even more exciting, the same article explains, „Irritable bowel syndrome, headaches, indigestion, angina, joint pain, eczema, bloating, stomach agony, anal bleeding, sleeping problems and weight gain can all be symptoms of food intolerances, asserts Dr. Gordon Ko, director of the fibromyalgia clinic at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.“

If you are in pain and if you cannot work out The right way to help your body help yourself, why don't you try this?

When you're intolerant to certain foodstuffs, swelling occurs and may cause other issues inside of your body. You need to put that fire out! The fire can be eliminated by changing your diet habits (like I explain in The Good, The Bad, and The Repugnant diet plan) but first, you have got to understand what is happening in your body. You will think that you are eating right but you won't know that one of those „healthy“ foods is basically something your body is super attuned to.

There are one or two different ways to find out of you are intolerant to some of the foods that you may be eating.
The initial way is by having your health practitioner perform a blood test. By doing this, your GP will be in a position to quickly establish which foods you could be intolerant of.

The second way is not quite as accurate BUT it is a test you can simply perform yourself by taking your pulse before and after you eat the food in question. To correctly perform this test, you first must learn your base heartbeat rate. Find your heartbeat on either your wrist or your neck and then record how many times your heart beats within one minute. After you have this number then go ahead and eat a single food (only milk, only wheat, and so on.). Check your heartbeat rate 15, 30, and 60 minutes after consuming the food and see whether your heart beat rate increases. An elevation of more than 10 beats is an indicator you're responsive to that food.
Because food intolerance causes similar symptoms to what most protracted discomfort patients feel, it’s worth finding out more about!
